Account Manager - Banking & Insurance Sectors
We have an opening for an Account Manager to lead and drive sales within the Banking and Insurance sectors. This position requires a target driven, well experienced and motivated individual who will drive sales and meet targets in a competitive environment. They will directly generate revenue by selling Al Taqnyah products, Solutions & Services to the Banking and Insurance sectors, as well as assist management in devising sales plans and strategies.
Candidates are required to have experience and solid knowledge in selling solutions and consultative selling. You should be well versed in selling complex solutions and have experience in interacting with "C' Level (CXO, CIO, CTO) executives.
You will also have experience in selling software applications, Business Process Management, Document Management and Knowledge Management. Demonstrated Direct sales & Key account Management experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically sells solutions to new and/or current customers to achieve/exceed assigned revenue objectives. Establishes face-to-face contact and provides sales presentations to existing/prospective customers to determine solution needs.
- Provides follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions. Maintains sales records & prepares sales reports as required. Provides feedback through wins/losses, forecasts/pipeline, references & company’s account management system.
- Performs qualification, discovery and needs assessment positioning. Negotiates and closes high value software and IT services; a self starter and proactive professional who generates leads/ opportunities with least support and keep the line manager, up to date on all sales activities.
- Must have strong existing relations and comfort level in dealing with C-Level executives. Experience within the Banking or Insurance sectors will be advantageous.
- Evaluate competitive situations and recommend appropriate sales tactics. Must be ready to execute in a dynamic work environment.
- Provide forecast and pipeline account information to sales management.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of company’s products, software pricing practices and selling skills, especially in consultancy, BPM, ECM, DMS, ERP, Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Portals & document output generation solutions.
- Sound consulting approach with Professional appearance and presentation required.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in Enterprise solution sales and consulting within UAE region.
- Extensive experience required selling enterprise solutions. Experience within Banking and Insurance is advantageous.
- Effective in building and maintaining relationships with strategic target accounts and decision-makers.
- Detail oriented with strong organisational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fosters trust and confidence with customers, understands and determines current and future needs, exceeds expectations, monitors satisfaction, looks for opportunities to improve service, follows through, solicits and applies feedback, promotes customer focus, builds/maintains positive relations.
- Consultative Sales, negotiations and good presentation skills are main requirements.
- A good command of the English language is a must

Professional Services Manager
We have an opening for a Professional Services Manager. This position requires a highly-focused, technically-adept individual with a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, model-driven development methodologies and documentation standards.

You will work closely with the Sales and Development Teams to generate demand for services and effectively deliver business solutions and consulting services. You will also oversee the overall delivery aspects of all project implementations and resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and prioritizing account-level opportunities based on your assessment and your understanding of a client's strategic vision, and business or technology needs.
- Leading teams to gather, translate and communicate client business needs into a solution architecture, and delivering these solutions on time, on budget, and with greater value than expected.
- Negotiating rates, projects costs, terms and conditions of work and contracts and other factors of a commercial nature in relation to service delivery.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of all consulting services engagements within scope, accurate budgets and quality assurance.
- Ensure post implementation support meets expected or stipulated Service Level Agreement.
- Work closely with sales management to drive education and consulting service business to achieve quarterly targets.

- Ensure department overall competency and staff's skill sets development are aligned to the corporate business direction.
Requirements
- Candidates will be required to have an excellent understanding of the technology sales processes, industry trends in SME and Enterprise IT environments and financial implications of technology decisions.
- Experience in sales operations, including opportunity and pipeline management is preferred.
- Prior experience in delivering solutions such as document management, record management and print management would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in managing account-level relationships, with interactions at the VP and CEO level.
- Experience leading teams to deliver large-scale enterprise software implementation(s) for the public sector.
- Preferably a Degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 Years experience working within a similar role.
- People-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to communicate ideas and solutions succinctly and effectively.
- Independent, creative, possess positive and willing to learn attitude.
