Yassir Al Naeem is a Chemical Engineer by Profession He started his career after completing his University Education in 1996. With entrepreneurial spirit in him he went on to start his own General Trading Company in Pakistan. He Build a Business successfully from 1996 to 1999.

In 1999 he became a Managing Partner of Al Qala General Trading Company, a Member of Building Technology Group in Oman specializing in Chemical Supplies for Water Purification and Desalination.

In 2003 his career took a new turn and joined the ARMS Group of companies as the Marketing and Business Development Manager during which time he achieved many milestones for ARMS Group in terms of Developing the Marketing Team and Acquiring new Businesses.

In 2005 Mr. Yassir was promoted as the General Manager of the ARMS Group. During his Tenure as General Manager ARMS Group ventured in to IT Business Solutions. Al Taqnyah Business Solutions was established to meet the ever increasing demand in public and private sector for IT business solutions in the Middle East Region.

In 2008 Mr. Yassir Naeem was appointed as the Group CEO. Mr. Yassir was instrumental in setting up the Pioneer Auctions under ARMS Group. Pioneer Auction Organizing is the most technologically advanced and most luxurious Auction House in the Middle East Region.

With the Chairman’s vision to expand to other Gulf Countries ARMS Group’s expansion plans were laid out in 2008/2009 financial year with Jana Bakery getting off the ground in Qatar as a joint venture.

Mr. Yassir is a well qualified professional with a Bsc in Chemical Engineering, A diploma in Computer Science, Certificate in Property Management from the Property Management Training Institute in Toronto, Canada, a Certificate in Management from the Al Aqariya Academy a Masters Degree in Business Management and a PhD in Business Management and Administration from an American University.

Manoj comes from a technology and Commercial Background. Initial few years of his career he was engaged with different Information Technology Training Organizations. He has a rich 10 plus years experience in the UAE facilitating organizations to achieve their business goals and objectives.

Manoj is a Business Development Professional with extensive Information Technology Enterprise Sales experience and managing relationships with large public sector organizations, fortune 500 companies. He also has significant global exposure with assignments and client relationships in GCC.

Since inception Manoj has been heading the Business Development unit of Al Taqnyah and successfully carried forward the Business Development and Sales for the financial year 2009 and 2010. He spearheaded the Business Development and Sales across UAE, Qatar and Oman including Cross and up sales B2B, channel and direct sales.

Manoj with a vast exposure to International Technology Vendors and related solutions on Enterprise Solutions, including and not limited to Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle and SAP.

Manoj is a great motivator and a Team player is an industry veteran who has taken up the challenge to lead the sales and Business Development team of the expanded Al Taqnyah in eServices,e-government Solutions, BPM, ECM, ERP BPA Archiving, information Governance, Surveillance, Security based solutions across public and private sector in the Middle East.

Sarow Kassibawi Having lived most of her life in Auckland, New Zealand has brought in a wealth of experience in to Al Taqnyah Business Solutions. Sarow heads the CRM Division with passion and dedication since she started her career three years back.

Sarow has the ability and knowledge to work with people, build up relationships and problem solving skills and attention to detail are her positive attributes.

Sarow has a Bsc with a double Major in Statistics and Operational Research from the University of Auckland. Ms. Sarow also has many years of Customer relationship Management experience from Leading firms in Auckland such as Boise office Max, Hay Group and AT & T.

Mahdi ALAMI HAMDAN is an enterprise content & business process management consultant at Al-Taqnyah business solutions. EMC² certified professional and Adobe certified expert, Mahdi is strong with an international experience covering Japan, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Morocco.

Throughout his career, Mahdi has been exposed to panoply of technologies and enterprise solutions such as Adobe LiveCycle, EMC² documentum, and eRoom, the whole implemented on diversified business domains spanning chemical industry, telecom, and justice passing through computer vision for Giant electricity provider in Japan. Mahdi has special passion for information management and process automation with total abstraction to the used technology.

He graduated from the school of science and engineering within Al-Akhawayn University in Morocco, then fully sponsored by the Japanese government, he followed graduate research and studies in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence in the University of Meijo in Nagoya.

During his past experiences, Mahdi was involved, with big multinational players such as Logica, in each and every step of the software development cycle, from requirement gathering, analysis, development to testing as well as post delivery activities such as maintenance and support. Currently lead of the eNotary Services project, Mahdi is technically responsible of the development of a one of its kind project of an end to end automation of 55 notary public services for Dubai Courts.

Mr. Asghar has 16+ years of experience as a Information Technologist in various organization around the globe. He has worked in Defense, Public, Government and Private sectors with multinational companies.

His Professional Career span over many Companies in Different sectors namely NetSol (a CMMI Level-5 Company), Emirates Group IT, Descon Engineering and Technology Corporation Limited.

Asghar has sound experience in Project Management, Project Implementation, Pre-Sales and Process Implementation for medium level to large scale.

He also worked for UK, US, Singapore and Japan based companies. Asghar holds MS-IT degree from Pakistan. He is very focused, detailed oriented, quality conscious and self starter.
